Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of wallettr.ee (the "Service"), operated by Cinnelic Labs LLC, Texas, United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

wallettr.ee lets you publish a page with your cryptocurrency wallet addresses, links and social profiles. The Service only displays information you enter. We never hold, send, receive or convert funds, we don't have access to any wallet, and we are not a party to any payment between you and anyone else.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
  • You must give a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person may not use accounts to impersonate others or to hold usernames they don't use.
  • You may not use the Service if you are located in a country under comprehensive US sanctions or are on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

3. Wallet addresses and payments

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the addresses on your page. We check that an address looks valid for its network, but we can't verify that it belongs to you or that it is the right one. Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible. Visitors should check every address and network before sending anything. We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong, outdated or fraudulent address, or on the wrong network.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put on your page. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and reproduce it as needed to run the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we keep as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may not use the Service to:

  • pretend to be another person, brand or organization, or mislead visitors about who you are;
  • run scams, fraud, phishing, fake giveaways or other schemes to obtain money or data;
  • publish content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or links to malware;
  • collect payments for illegal goods or services, or to evade sanctions;
  • harass others, or post content that sexualizes minors;
  • interfere with the Service, bypass its limits or security, or access it with automated tools beyond normal use.

5. Usernames

Usernames are given on a first-come basis and are not your property. Some names are reserved. After you change or delete a username it stays reserved for 30 days. We may remove or reassign a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or breaks these terms.

6. Reports, copyright and removal

Anyone can report a page at wallettr.ee/report. We may review, hide or remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that we believe break these terms or the law, with or without notice.

Copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) go to our designated agent: Cinnelic Labs LLC, attn. Copyright Agent, support@wallettr.ee. Include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We respond to valid notices and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion removes your page right away. Some records are kept for a limited time as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that break these terms.

8. Third-party services and blockchains

Pages may link to other websites, and payments happen on public blockchains and in wallets we don't control. We are not responsible for third-party sites, wallets, networks or tokens, including their fees, outages, forks or loss of value.

9. Changes to the Service

The Service is free. We may change, add or remove features, limits, supported networks or tokens, or stop the Service, with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be available, accurate or error-free. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment or legal advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, cryptocurrency, profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or on the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

15. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) survive the end of your account.
